In our clinical practices there is a need to understand the properties of available GBCAs, how high relaxivity can help optimizing MR scans of abdominal/pelvic organs and discuss the value of high relaxivity in such organs as well. Relaxivity and improving efficiency of current GBCAs will be covered. Physicians, Technologists and other healthcare professionals will be encouraged to utilize current information to make informed decisions in their clinical settings with an emphasis on patient care.
