General Registration Information Credit card information and a valid e-mail address are required for on line registration. To register for a conference, locate the "Register for this Conference" link at the bottom of a conference's listing. Click on the link to open the registration form and fill out the form for the conference you plan to attend. You will receive an email confirmation (in about 3 business days) when your payment has been verified and processed. If you have not received an email confirmation within 3 days, please contact us at registration@nwforums.com, or call our toll free line (888) 683-4930. 9-6 Pacific time M-F. Note - On line registration is confirmed only when valid credit card and e-mail information is received. Once the registration has been processed, a confirmation message and reciept will be email. You will receive two seperate e-mail messages. Sleeping Room Reservations - Sleeping Room Reservations are to be accomplished directly with the hotel using the hotel information found in the program brochure . Registration costs for each meeting are structured into early, late and on site fees. The exact fees and cut off dates are printed in each brochure. See the brochure PDF file for registration fee information.
