On-line Brochures

We make our brochures available on-line in PDF format.The brochures become available approximately 3 months prior to the conference. Look for the links in the conference information listings.


Brochure Request

To keep up to date on specific modalities, conferences or all of our educational offerings, fill out the Brochure Request and we will send you our conference brochures as soon as they become available.

   

 

General Registration Information

Credit card information and a valid e-mail address are required for on line registration. To register for a conference, locate the "Register for this Conference" link at the bottom of a conference's listing. Click on the link to open the registration form and fill out the form for the conference you plan to attend. You will receive an email confirmation (in about 3 business days) when your payment has been verified and processed. If you have not received an email confirmation within 3 days, please contact us at registration@nwforums.com, or call our toll free line (888) 683-4930. 9-6 Pacific time M-F.

Note - On line registration is confirmed only when valid credit card and e-mail information is received. Once the registration has been processed, a confirmation message and reciept will be email. You will receive two seperate e-mail messages.

Sleeping Room Reservations - Sleeping Room Reservations are to be accomplished directly with the hotel using the hotel information found in the program brochure . See the brochure PDF file for hotel registration information.


Registration fees

Registration costs for each meeting are structured into early, late and on site fees. The exact fees and cut off dates are printed in each brochure. See the brochure PDF file for registration fee information.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be in writing by fax, email or regular mail.

A speific cancellation policy with dates is printed in each brochure. Cut off dates for full refund, partial refund or no refund are clearly stated. See the brochure PDF file for more specific cancellation information.

VERY IMPORTANT
In the event a national emergency, such as the nationwide airline shutdown which occurred in September 2001, makes it impossible to actually conduct the meeting, each paid registered attendee will receive a registration credit voucher which can be used to attend a future meeting.
