For your convenience, we have on-line registration on our web site. This feature becomes available when
the program brochure is posted on the web site - about 3 months
prior to a given conference. At that time, you will see "Register
for this Conference" at the bottom of the conference
listing in both the schedule and modality listings. Credit card
information is required.

Privacy Policy
Northwest Imaging Forums (NIF) is committed to protecting the
privacy of our meeting attendees and using all registration information
responsibly. For those who would like more information, please read the
data below.
How we use information:
Our web site uses a secure conference registration form so that you can
conveniently and safely register for a conference using a valid credit
card for payment. Contact information (email address, telephone number,
address, etc.) from the registration form is used to process and confirm
your registration. When necessary, your contact information may also be
used to get in touch with you to clarify registration information. We
will maintain your contact information on our data base so you will receive
future mailings. We maintain this information for a period of two years.
If you do not attend another meeting during that time, your contact information
is purged from our data base.
Financial information (credit card numbers and card expiration date)
is used only once to process your current registration fee. NIF does not
retain attendee credit card information for future registration(s).
NIF will not sell or rent your information to other companies or businesses.
However, we may share contact information with conference sponsors.
How Your Information is Stored
This site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information.
We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration
of your information once it is in our records.
By using our Web site for registering for a conference, you agree to
the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy.
We may from time to time update this policy. We will post any changes
to our policy on this page so that you are always aware of what information
we collect and how we use it.
