Registration Date :

Due to time sensitive registration information, the actual date and time that you register and make your payment to Northwest Imaging Forums is automatically recorded. Note - Registration is accepted when payment is received. Confirmation will then be emailed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received on or before 1/13/11 will receive a full registration refund. Those received after 1/13/12 through 1/20/12 will be refunded the registration fee less a 25% service charge.

No refunds or credit is available on or after 1/21/12. No exceptions.

In the event a national emergency, such as a nationwide airline shutdown makes it impossible to conduct the meeting, each paid registrant will receive a credit voucher to attend a future meeting
